Full Services Consulting

Pegasus Strategies can act in a full service and consulting and management capacity to your campaign. Pegasus Strategies and  staff will be available 24 hours a day to your campaign and designated campaign staff for questions or concerns. Our professional fees may include but are not limited to:

 

1.  Initial demographic study of likely voters

a.   Assessment of likely voters

b.   Assessment of voters that are republican or republican leaning that have not previously voted for mayor.

c.   Targeting based upon assessment

2.  Opposition research

a.   All current opponents

b.   All likely opponents

3.  Strategic and Tactical Planning

a.   Fundraising and Resource management

b.   Grassroots organizing

c.   Data Analytics

d.   Media and communication strategies

e.   Voter Targeting and segmentation

f.    Implementation of all short- and long-term targeted goals

4.  Limited Fundraising (materials, locations and other costs may not be included)

a.   Pegasus Strategies is not a professional fundraising organization but will provide opportunities for fundraising as well as materials for professional fundraising.

5.  Campaign Advertisements

a.   Pegasus will develop and produce all advertising materials. Fees include development of all camera ready art, scrips and messages medial planning.

b.   Does not include commercial or digital production, media time or digital placement, printing, processing or postage of mailing materials.

6.  Targeting lists for all mailing projects, tracking a coordination with social media and digital/broadcast advertising.

7.  Targeting of all Digital Advertising.

Pegasus, when available shall perform photography at special events for social media posts and websites. Should Pegasus not be available, the candidate must provide photos for event posts.


All professional services are included in the professional fees schedule. Scheduled travel is included; however additional travel may be necessary and billed separately. All additional travel fees will be discussed and approved by the candidate prior to billing. All professional fees are deemed earned when received.


 Additional Fees

Pegasus Strategies is an Advertising Agency and will provide at an additional fee (including and not limited to:

1)  Polling (Automated and/or Live calling)

2)  Professional “Earned Media Placement”

3)  Complete Social Media Management.

a.   Including Facebook, X, Tic-Toc and all necessary and beneficial platforms.

b.   Advertisements and paid promotion billed separately.

c.   Pegasus Strategies will provide social media postings for the campaign based upon campaign messaging. Frequency shall be determined by events and need for material. Posting of social media shall increase in frequency as the primary election or election date becomes closer. All posts must be approved by the candidate prior to posting. [Mundane posts such as “Happy Mother’s Day” will not require preapproval, as the campaign progresses, and Pegasus has a greater understanding of candidate some posts may be made without prior approval after agreement by candidate]

4)  Printing and production of all printed materials/products

5)  Digital Production and media buying for all digital/television advertisements.

6)  Printing and processing of all mailers

7)  Message testing/Focus Groups

8)  Social Media Videos

9)  Direct voter contact calls (automated or live)

10)   Direct voter contact (door knocking)
